ASTIBAL Workshops

Our workshops, an integral part of our facilities covering approximately 6,500 m² of completely renovated space, specialized workshops in steel, mechanics, carpentry, piping, and electrical systems. These are some of the main machines.

STEEL WORKSHOP

Messer CNC OXYFUEL Cutting Machine

Extended berthing área (270 meters) at Reina Sofia Pier to allow mooring of larger vessels. Unique ONE-STOP-SHOP facility and assembling site for maritime industry in whole Western Africa.

  • Cutting in various thicknesses: 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″, 1″ up to 4″.
  • Bevel cuts at 45º and adjustable to other angles.
  • New PANASONIC controller and servos for X, Y, Z axis motion control.

Shear Machine

  • Shear capacity up to ¾”.
  • Shear length 3100 mm
  • Cap capacity 750 mm

Colly Folding Machine

Depending on your requirements, we can offer a good place to store, inspect, do maintenance and repair any equipment. Available surface from 3.500 m2 to 8.000 m2 in Tenerife Port.

2. Services

We can deploy Project Managements teams in Tenerife very easily. Extensive network of subcontractors based in Tenerife Port with transports and crane lifting capacity (mechanical fitters, instrument technician, TIG Welder, Welder, Pipe Fitter / Fitter, Boiler Maker / Plater, Cutter / Burner, Blasters, Painters, Scaffolders, Labourers, UHP Jet Washer, NDT Technician, Rope Access, etc.)
